BUILDING BLOCKS

The structural core and shell of Container Living. This includes:

a. Procurement of Class B Shipping Containers

b. All required openings for doors, windows, mechanical/electrical/plumbing connections, structural steel reinforcements that meet building codes and safety requirements

c. Primered and coated with automotive grade paint

d. To be delivered to site, offloaded, and turned over to the general contract for finishing works

PARTIAL PRE-FABRICATION

Finishing materials and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems installed at the fabrication site, with the remaining work to be done by the general contractor.

FULL PRE-FABRICATION

A fully-fitted product where we install the modules on site ready for occupancy. A local contractor completes the foundation and site works in preparation for the unit delivery.
